WHY STUDY A WORLD LANGUAGE?
     Learning a world language is a very important investment in your future.  Not only will you need 2 - 4 years of the same world language for college, but you will also find knowing another language and having a culture awareness invaluable for your career!  

HOW TO STUDY A WORLD LANGUAGE
     This language investment in your future requires that you study a little every day.  Just think of all the things you say in English!  In order to do that in another language, you have to know the words, right?  Vocabulary study is the most important part of your studying during the first couple of years of language learning.  Sure, the grammar is important too; however, you will have no idea what to do with the grammar if you don't know what the words mean!  I STRONGLY suggest that you spend AT LEAST 10 minutes per day studying vocabulary.  Students who dedicate themselves to vocabulary memorization usually find the class fairly easy and FUN!!!
